She made her acting debut in the Malayalam short film "Anurag Engineering Works" directed by Kiran Josey, which was a huge success. Her first feature film was "Poovan" (2023) directed by Vineeth Vasudevan. Her second movie is "Ayalvaashi" directed by Irshad Parari. Early life: Akhila was born on 17 October 1997 to Bhargavan and Bhageerathi, natives of Payyanur, Kannur. She has completed Post Graduation in Microbiology from CMS College Coimbatore in 2020. Personal Life: In February 2021 she married to Rahul. P. P, who is working in Kerala Fire and Rescue department. Acting career: Akhila's first Malayalam short film Anurag Engineering Works was a social media trend of 2022 and is still trending with 5 million views on YouTube. Akhila made her film acting debut with Poovan in 2023, as Veena. She has completed her second movie Ayalvaashi which is under post-production.
